Dearest Internet The stirrings above do not go unnoticed down here in the depths of Art Brut Central Administration. With our ears to the moist rocky outcrops, we have come to distinguish the surface world vibration from the surrounding violent seismic activity. Over recent weeks, it has come to your humble suitors attention that a fresh Brutish tentacle is preparing to thrust itself into the soggy midriff of the public consciousness. The cause of this? Several months ago, soon after Art Brut began their epic battle with our Satanic brethren, a slow moaning began; a monotonous, haunting groan seeping through the fault lines. At first it was hard to make out the words. It seemed a forgotten language, an ancient dialect not heard within these forgotten mines for millennia. However, after several sleepless weeks, the incantation became louder, clearer; meaning began to drag itself through the cracks in the cells. Soon everywhere I walked, slept, ate, reverberated with the same deafening incantation - five beautiful, trembling words... 'DC...COMICS...AND...CHOCOLATE...MILKSHAKE'
Then, three nights ago, a date appeared to me in a dream. The nightmarish mists worked their way into the numbers and letters, guiding my way... '24th August... Digital.... Only... Release...' These are auspicious times. The oracles have spoken. Get ready to put a new single in your face. yours, a haruspex, Barnaby Fudge

Dearest Internet In order to make the Art Brut appearance at Chicago's colour filled Green Festival count, they have surrounded it with a short penetration of not one but two people pots. First, straight into the Canadian bosom then some further US based power thrusts. Yum yum. Dearest Internet Long time no see. I have some news. Good news. Art Brut have returned from the US unscathed, from Glastonbury unmolested and fully limbed from Eastern Europe. Now, just as they rest their little, weary leggys a brand new set of orders come speeding over the Telex. There is, indeed, no rest for the wicked. So once again lets get involved with some new romantic appointments with our favourite talk / singy indie band. Check the main page for full list... You lucky, lucky people. These, I must add, include a special one off London date for Club Fandango at 229. This is going to be a special one!! yours brilliantly Barnaby Fudge

Dearest Internet As I follow Art Brut around the world on their perpetual tour whirlwind, I am occasionally forced to converse with the stinking masses. A small child will approach me after the Brut have left the stage and begin begging for t-shirts or some such trivial things. In reply to this, as they have clearly missed the sign posted merchandise desk beside the entrance, I give you this - CLICK HERE Now leave me alone. You stink. Kind regards Barnaby Fudge
