As you may know, Elbow are currently holed up in their studio recording the follow-up to 'The Seldom Seen Kid'.

There's no deadline and no schedule but over the next few months they will be keeping a studio diary of the whole process and bringing you regular blog updates to give you an idea of how the recording is going.

Another fantastic night in with Elbow beckons this Sunday when Absolute Radio broadcast The Elbow Story: In Their Own Words.

An exclusive documentary which looks at the history of the band and features interviews with everyone involved starts at 7pm on Sunday 22nd November.

Elbow are extremely proud to announce they are to be the subject of this week's South Bank Show.

Tune in to ITV at 10.45pm this Sunday night (15th November) to watch the band as they talk about their recent success with 'The Seldom Seen Kid' and take a fond look back over their 18-year career.

The documentary will also feature a never-before-seen video of the band rehearsing when they were still teenagers and live footage from their recent MEN Arena gig.
