The good news: GB will be ringing in 2010 in Charlottesville, VA before heading to Washington DC for a couple of dates in early January.

The bad news: We've had to postpone the Karlsruhe gig until May. We will be back! Sorry for any disappointment...

Gogol Bordello's latest release "Live from Axis Mundi" is being pressed on a Gatefold Double LP! The release is being cut on classic black vinyl and ONLY 500 records are being made. The LP is the audio portion of the Live CD/DVD which was released on October 6th. The vinyl features the bands live BBC Sessions (the LP includes a digital download card of the MP3’s), unreleased tracks, demo's and instruments. The LP also will come with the DVD portion of "Live from Axis Mundi" inserted into the packaging. The DVD is a 2 ½ hour epic gypsy experience that includes a full live concert from NYC bonus tracks, documentaries, music videos and much more. You can pre-order the LP HERE! For the past few years, Tommy T has been touring the world as the bass player of gypsy punk powerhouse Gogol Bordello. He was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, before moving to Washington, DC, and becoming an integral part of the celebrated Ethiopian musical scene there. In between tours with Gogol, Tommy, along with some other great Ethiopian musicians, recorded The Prester John Sessions. The resulting record is a mesmerizing excursion into the music and culture of Ethiopia, touching on Ethiopian funk, dub, roots and jazz. Plus, it has bonus remix featuring Eugene Hutz and Pedro Erazo from Gogol Bordello and mixed by Michael G of the Easy Star All-Stars.
