In celebration of the USA & Canada tour announcements, we have something VERY special to share with you!

Stefan has created a short film about the band's summer so far, using the Flip cameras that they carry on tour with them.

The short film will be concluded on Friday, when you will be able to watch Part 2 of this very intimate behind the scenes documentary.

The shows are :

Oct 30th - Lille Zenith

Nov 3rd - Toulouse Zenith

PLACEBOWORLD was recently contacted by an incredibly talented young artist, and our new friend, Kevin Young.  Kevin is a big PLACEBO fan, bought the deluxe box set of the new album BATTLE FOR THE SUN and was so impressed he decided to make his own interpretation of it as a 3D Animation!

PLACEBOWORLD have an important announcement for anyone attending the Turkcell Kurucesme Arena show in Istanbul tonight.

Regrettably, tonight’s performance has been postponed until tomorrow, Wednesday 24th June.

This postponement is due to the trucks carrying the bands equipment being held up overnight, and all day today at customs.

The band would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused fans and hope to see everyone at the show tomorrow.

Due to the incredibly high demand for the now SOLD OUT Paris Zeneith show,  PLACEBO have added a 2nd show the following evening, October 25th.

Maybe the song should start with a longer intro? Perhaps the drums should drop out for the middle 8 and the chorus repeat a few more times?
